The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) has summoned Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma over remarks he allegedly made during a political event in Homa Bay County. In a statement released on Monday, August 17, 2026, the commission directed Kaluma to appear at Britam Towers in Upper Hill on Wednesday, August 19, at 10 a.m. The summons, issued under the National Cohesion and Integration Act, require Kaluma to assist with ongoing investigations into statements attributed to him during a political engagement on August 15.
